Gressak Renovations review: Unfinished contractor work

I hired ryan gressak in nov. Of 2019 to renovate my flood ravaged house. Everything was good for a short while. Then he began falling behind and wanting advances because his wife was 'pregnant', always promising to catch up 'soon'. After I paid him he never showed up again. Numerous email, phone messages, facebook messages went un answered. He was working on my neighbors house also and not only had the same sob story, but I was told he came back and stole fixtures since he did not return the keys (his or mine).
If you need contractor work - do not use.
