Greenwich Insurance for Asplundh review: Vehicle accident with one of your employees

On 10/15/24 I was involved in an auto accident on Johnson Blvd, Seminole, FL with Gary Lamar Jenkins of Alamo, GA. It has been impossible for my insurance adjuster or me to get the insurance co. to respond to our calls. I'm wondering if they really exist. At 3:44 p.m. on 10/15 I was driving on Johnson Blvd. Slowed down for a car in front of me who was making a left turn. The Asplundh truck was parked horizontally on a driveway on Johnson Blvd. As I passed him he proceeded to drive forward and drove in front of me causing me to hit his truck. I would appreciate it if someone who is responsible for this type of thing would call me at [protected] or call my adjuster , Elizabeth Chauncy, at [protected]. The deputy who came to the scene did not give either one of us an accident report nor a ticket. I was told by the police that the accident report has not yet been done. The deputy's name for Seminole was B. Davis.
Your truck had a license plate from Indiana and Mr. Jenkins is from Georgia. Apparently he works at Asplundh at 720 Osage St. Ft Wayne, IN License tag is
3251502. Insurance - Greenwich Insu. Policy # RAD943783707. Could someone please help me find closure of this incident so I can get my car fixed. Incidentally,
