Received package on 9/22/21. Packaging was damaged in transit. Many scratches on handle. Tire rims are not the same size making one tire higher than the other causing the dolly to be unbalanced - one rear wheel does not touch ground

Filed support claim on 9/22/21 to have tire and rim replaced. No response for over a week. Emailed support and sales for help several times. No response
