Great-American Chem Dry in Poway review: Carpet not cleaned adequately

Chem Dry-Poway came out in Sept 1, 2022. Kevin, the owner, increased price $100 because he said carpet was dirty, which I agreed on.

Upon completion, there were still many remaining spots on the carpet throughout the house. He assured me that he had a more powerful solvent that he would come out.

He finally agreed on November 18th 2021 to come out and complete the job. I stayed at home all morning, but Kevin, never came out. His response was that a worker got sick and he would have to come out another time. He never notified me that he would not be able to come. Part of the problem is he is NOT really based in California where my property is but in New Mexico.

It is now January 10th and he has made no attempt to come back out. I cannot rent my unit because carpet is still not satisfactory.
