Purchased a Commercial Grasshopper Mower season before last. Started having engine issues shortly after that. No one could figure out why engine would short out and completely stop running. Over and over again mower went into shop completely not running. Lost time, gas, and frustrated pushing mower onto trailer to return many times. Grasshopper blames Kohler, Kohler has no idea what's wrong and can't get parts or engine supplies they say. They rebuilt electrical system ground up they say, mower in shop with only one cylinder working and can not be used again while we sit and lose business. We were told by Grasshopper, "if we are going to be in this business, we need slyernative methods to work in case this happens?". We have back up mowers, they are worn out because they have been used all seasoning waiting on brand new Grasshopper in shop. They want us to use another mower while their mower sits in shop being used as a classroom for all to figure what's wrong. No one has my back everyone pushing blame, and we are left paying for all of it. No. losner this time, sitting explaining to clients why their yard is not mowed and eatching them leave. Fed up with the run around and junk mower Grasshopper made 14000.00 dollars on.
