Grannies Tomeet User account support

They don't supply any support of technical issues, specifically for functional issues of your user account. They are insulting and passive/aggressively taunt you about your complaint while saying "we can't recreate the issue" even if you supply technical issues. The last response to a continuing issue was to hide behind their T&Cs so the could blow me off, take no responsibility, and, basically, save them from expending and effort to fix the issue.

Desired outcome: I created a new user: - Transfer subscriptions from [protected] to [protected]- Include 2 free months of subscription my trouble, troubleshooting, chat inoperative 1.5 months, and the insulting attitude
