To whom it may concern,
I enjoy a good ice cold beer whilst visiting GW and on numerous occasions, after placing a order, I request that the bartender to serve it in the can and not transfer it to a glass, as it looses 30% coldness almost almost instantaneously due to the fact that the glasses are not chilled.
My complaint is that the bartender then proceeds to open the can with their filthy, unhygienic fingers with out any protection after interacting continually with filth dirty money and bank notes. I can understand they are instructed to do so by management because of various ramifications, but I would insist they do so under more hygienic conditions.
Other than that I would prefer to open my beer in front of them with my own filth dirty fingers.
