Good day. I would like to file a complaint to Grammarly for a billing charge that is due to unauthorized use of my ATM account last December 19, 2025. I sign up for PRO account with a billing of P165 yet I was charged with P8000+ and the amount was deducted from my ATM last December 19. Today, I checked my Grammarly account, it is now expired, yet the charged is for the whole year of subscription. Please help me with my complaint.
Claimed loss: 1 whole year of subscription and P8000+ of deduction from ATM.
Desired outcome: I would like to have a refund.
