Paulo Tolentino with ID#006106 claiming to be BPI Tele Consultant called me by phone using his phone #[protected]. Unfortunately, I failed to realize & gave him my OTP.
There were several transactions done thru my credit card. I leave BPI to handle my dispute with Grabpay Phils.
With this early report (Feb6, 7:23pm), kindly decline and reverse the amount. Your kind support is very much appreciated.

Desired outcome: Please refund and my apology for my remiss.

amounting Php15,000 to my BPI Savings account with

and amounting Php4,700 to my Current account with

RefNo. c27ff4d5363d1f5fa14dc63b66c7ff

A call using cellphone# [protected] identifying himself as BPI Teleconsultant mentioning about my credit card transaction & that i need to give him the otp that is sent by BPI for me to claim the points earned in cash. My remiss to have believed all he mentioned.
