I signed up to GPlan a few days ago and paid the monthly fee. I was immediately offered a reduced annual fee which I also paid. I realised within hours that the plan wasn't suitable for me and I sent GPlan a message to cancel and they acknowledged this. I have been trying to get a refund ever since and no one from G Plan are getting back to me. This is causing me a great deal of stress and anxiety and I just want a refund asap
