I've bought stuff from Goulet Pens before and it's always been pretty good. They send what they say they will and it comes in a box that's wrapped up good. I don't get why some people say it's not so good, but not many people write reviews anyways. Even though things are kinda messed up right now, they're still doing their thing pretty much like always. They got a lot of info on their website and they do videos on YouTube too. Shout out to Katherine for packing my order like it was her baby or something. It was a little over the top, but it worked out good. Thanks a lot.

Goulet Pens got a pretty good selection of pens and their videos are helpful. However, their prices and shipping fees are a bit steep and the turnaround time is slow. But hey, if you know what you want and you're willing to pay for it, then it's all good. What's not good though is that they don't really stand behind their products. I got a pen from them that had a defect and it was totally unusable. When I told them about it, they were like "not our problem" and then they stopped replying to my emails. It's a good thing that I didn't spend too much on it and my credit card company was able to help me out. So, if you're thinking of buying from Goulet Pens, I suggest you think twice.

This guy, Brian Goulet, he's a real enabler, I tell ya! He starts you off all innocent-like with some beginner pen videos and before you know it, you're knee-deep in fountain pens and inks. I mean, did you even know there were more colors than just blue and black? I sure didn't. But now, thanks to Goulet Pens, I have 80 fountain pens and 30 bottles of ink. And let me tell you, it's a beautiful addiction.

Now, I didn't buy all my pens from Goulet, but when I had a problem with a bottle of ink I got from Amazon (the cap was broken, can you believe it?), Goulet Pens came to the rescue with an empty Waterman bottle so my ink wouldn't dry out. That's some top-notch customer service right there.

And when I damaged one of my nibs and needed help selecting a new one, Goulet Pens was quick to respond with advice and guidance. I had a response within 24 hours! That's faster than some of my friends respond to texts.

Sure, you could take your chances with other online vendors, but why bother when you have Goulet Pens? They've got everything you need to fuel your fountain pen addiction. So go ahead, indulge a little. You won't regret it.

Goulet Pens is the bomb dot com! Seriously, I've never had such a dope online shopping experience before. I was on the hunt for a sick Leuchtturm1917 notebook with a dot grid for my bullet journal, but they're like impossible to find in Canada. That's when I stumbled upon Goulet Pens and let me tell you, they had a huge selection of Leuchtturm1917 notebooks at prices that won't break the bank. Plus, the shipping was totally reasonable.

Their website is super easy to use and I had no trouble finding exactly what I was looking for. I placed my order at like 11pm and the next day, I got an email saying my order had already shipped! I was shook.

When my package arrived, I was so stoked to see that my notebook was in perfect condition thanks to the careful wrapping. They even threw in a sticker, a bookmark, and a lollipop! How sweet is that?

Overall, I'm beyond happy with my experience shopping with Goulet Pens and I'll definitely be hitting them up for all my future notebook needs. They're the real MVPs.

I've bought stuff from Goulet pens a few times now and I gotta say, I'm not too impressed. I had a couple of issues and their customer service was a total letdown. I got a TWSBI pen that was supposed to post, but it didn't. I reached out to Goulet and they told me to talk to TWSBI about it. Like, what the heck? It's a brand-new pen that doesn't even work properly. And they knew about the problem but still sent it to me anyway. And don't even get me started on that stupid note card they always include in every order, talking about how they took special care packing my stuff. Yeah, right. If they really cared, they would've made sure the pen actually worked before sending it out.

The second time I had an issue was when I bought a clearance pen from their bottom shelf. They're supposed to be damaged but still functional, and the damage is supposed to be accurately described and photographed on their website. But when I got the pen, the damage was way worse than they said it would be. So much for accuracy, huh? And of course, all sales are final, so I was stuck with a crappy pen that I didn't even want.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend shopping at Goulet pens. There are plenty of other sites out there that sell the same stuff, and they actually care about their customers. I'm just glad I found some other places to buy my Colorverse ink.
