I paid this company $400 to do work at one of my rental properties. I paid by check. They did 'bout 3/4 of the work and they were supposed to come back and they never have. I've tried contacting them, and their mailbox is full.

came to our house on a Thursday evening askin' if he could cut down some of them dead trees for us on our property as well as grind them stumps out. He said we didn't have to pay a dime until the work was done. We agreed on a price for the work. His team started the job right away. That evenin', they cut down all them trees on the property we agreed to. Since they got that part of the job done so quick, we agreed to pay 'em all but $100 for the job. They were supposed to come back the next day to clean up all the wood and debris that was cut down. They were also supposed to come back on the weekend to grind out all them stumps. That evenin', we had to go clean debris outta the road 'cause they left it a mess and it was blockin' traffic. His team also left their trucks and equipment on our property overnight even though we didn't agree to that. The next day *** came back and ground down a few of them stumps. Again we paid ahead of time for grindin' the stumps even though the work wasn't done. His team came back to take the trucks and equipment and were changin' out license plates on the vehicles. After that day, they ain't come back to finish any of the work. We left voicemails and been textin' back and forth. They keep sayin' they're comin' but never show up. He stopped respondin' to my text messages. At this point, we gotta hire another company and spend more money to finish the job we already paid 'em to do. After havin' no luck gettin' 'em to come back, we researched his company and found out they had a ComplaintsBoard.com complaint filed once before. Also, the local news station did a story on 'em a couple of years ago 'bout this same situation. All them *** reviews sayin' the same problem with other customers. And all the local tree companies we call know 'bout the *** brothers and how they keep doin' this to folks who don't know any better.
