On 19 June 2022, I purchased 3 pais of socks online from Good Luck Sock. The cost - €55. 29 was deducted from my account on 20 June. The website stated that I would be notified, via text+email as soon as the product was dispatched. I never received a notification. I have contacted them via email and social email but have never received a response.
Desired outcome: I want a full refund including postage.
