Somehow it got sent to the wrong address after I tried and confirmed three times that they had the correct one. I'm an amputee have no way of going and picking it up if it did somehow get to the wrong address. I got a hold of customer service after much hardship and the person I spoke with said that they would give me a call by 8:00 that night to see if I was able to pick it up, and they never called and I have not been able to get a hold of anybody since
