Golden Standard / Ortiz Services review: Damage to my property while in storage. Not receiving a check for damages.

Golden Standard / Ortiz was hired to move my furniture and store it until the home I had bought was empty (About a month) from 6/30/2021. They have agreed to pay $129.00 for damages. I haven't received my check yet. This is my 2nd complaint for this issue. They agreed to send a check the first time but sent a picture of with the wrong name on the check. This was 3 weeks ago. He said he was going to have to investigate.
