Gold Standard Moving and Storage review: Deposit refund for cancelled move

I contracted with Gold Moving to move my sons furniture to the military base he was being stationed at after boot camp. So a put the 13382.00 deposit down 9/25/21and cancelled the next day got approved for refund 9/27/21. I have called and emailed frequently and just keep getting told that I should get it as soon as it gets cleared from the legal department. Now I cat get anyone to answer a phone call or email. It’s been a year I’m thinking I won’t see this money back.
