My credit card statement reflects multiples charges. 9/30 for 3.45 twice. Which I was never even in Hawaii to use it. Then I’m being charged on 10/3 and 10/4. I should only be charged the 9.99 based on your rates, when I used it on 10/3 then you charged my card again on 10/4 for $28.88 and 8.92. Please refund my card. I will also contact my credit card to file a complaint and fraud. You keep charging my card for a scooter I used in July when I was in Hawaii visiting.

Desired outcome: Refund my card that was charged on 9/4/23 for the two separate charges. One, $23.88 and two, $8.92. And for whatever reason you charged my card twice on 9/30 $3.45 twice. I never used the scooter this day. I don’t even live in Hawaii.
