Glu review: Unauthorized Charge!!!

I was just charged a total of five 9.99, and two 4.99 from this company, the total came out to $59.93. I don't know how this company got my info, I am disputing the charges with my bank now, and hope that this stops.

I just received 2 charges $9.99 and $99.99 from Rovio Google Mobile. I have not authorized any purchases, and find that the transaction with my bank offers no contact information. Makes it convenient for Google to make these types of charges with no repercussion. I am so frustrated right now and feel like I have no access to a solution other than to pay my banks "stop payment" charges for these charges and hope that Rovio Google contacts me...

I have had $125 charged to my card in the past TWO DAYS! Who knows how much total if I go back further! How do I go about getting my money back?!? -Courtney

About once a month I get 2 charges on my credit card. The prices vary from 1.99 to as much as 10.00. I am looking for a way to stop this as are many other people. Has anyone had any luck at all?

To add to my comment, the company listed on my bank statement is Google.Com/CHCAUS. When I try and go there, the website doesn't even exist so there's no way of contacting them for a refund or canceling further payment. Again, please help me.

Downloaded a game on my phone and keep getting charges from $1.99 - $19.99 . How do you get in contact with them about refunding the money?

I have 24 unauthorized charges, the last 12 of them are overdrafts. $35 each. There is no way I can pay for these! NO WAY!. I just received a $39.99 charge for what I don't know. It was from Google.com/chcaus. I have not authorized any purchases for that such amount. I want my money put back in my account. I will be contacting my bank to dispute this charge.

The same thing happened to me. I was told by my CC company to CANCEL THE CARD! Don't put cc's on your phone. Only put gift cards on there. Safer! This will not happen again.

i have had mutli charges from glu mobile...i have never used them before and have no clue how they got my card information...i had charges in the amount of 4.99 and 9.99...i canceled my card and ordered a new one and they still where able to charge my card. I was charged $51.45 & $61.74 on 12/14 then again on 12/15 I was hit for an additional $72.03! That's $185.22 in unauthorized charges I need refunded immediately I have bills that need to be paid and this was the money to use for them.I made a couple of purchases on candy crush for $5.99 on 12/13 but they are charged to my phone bill!
