Globe Life review: Life insurance

My father had life insurance policy with this organization. He passed away 9.15.22. They sent me a beneficiary check to the Estate of. However, I have documents that show me as a beneficiary. I had to send the same paperwork THREE TIMES before they even said they received. Then they shared a new check was mailed on 11.3.22. I am one state over from where check was mailed from and I still don't have. There is NO WAY it should take this long to get a check to me.
