Sometime last year I stopped getting monthly paper bills for my life insurance policy. As a result, my payments stopped. I realized early this year and have been trying to reinstate it for at least 4 months. I have sent a check to cover the reinstatement twice. The most recent check was sent on April 16, 2026. The check has not been cashed, and I have not heard a word about my policy. I have emailed multiple times and called multiple times. I have not received an answer.
All I want to know is has my policy been reinstated or not? No one will give me a simple yes or no answer.
During my most recent call to Globe Life I was told that the second check I sent has been recieved. What are they doing with it? It has not been cashed.
I am sick of not getting a simple yes or no answer.
