Global Lending Services review: Horrible company

I paid off my car 5 years ago and to my surprise when I went to sell it, it still had a hold on it. When I contacted the company they told me it would take 30-45 days for them to mail me the release. After confirming my address with the person who seemed to not know a single thing I hung up. Three weeks later I'm calling for an update to only find out the girl sent it to the wrong address! Even after I spelled it and had her repeat it back. This company is a piece of crap. Then I was transferred to a supervisor to be told " sorry I cant mail it priority, you'll have to wait another 30-45 days. Worst company ever. Don't do it!
