Global Lending Services review: loan

On June 23, 2026, I purchased a 2024 Hyundai Palisade from Huffines Hyundai McKinney LP in McKinney, Texas. I paid a $20,000 cash down payment and signed a fully executed Motor Vehicle Retail Installment Sales Contract. The vehicle was delivered to me the same day. The contract was assigned to Global Lending Services LLC, PO Box 970, Wilmington, Ohio 45177, phone 877-524-9380, as the financing company.
After full contract execution and vehicle delivery, Global Lending returned my financing approval. They falsely accused me, without providing any factual basis for those accusations. Their representatives, including a manager, were hostile and dismissive throughout every interaction. I believe I was treated in a discriminatory manner in violation of the Equal Credit Opportunity Act.
I have taken the following steps to resolve this matter. I filed a formal complaint. I filed an AAA Arbitration Case against Global Lending Services LLC and Huffines Hyundai McKinney LP.
Supporting documentation includes my signed retail installment sales contract dated June 23, 2026, bank records confirming the $20,000 payment, and all written communications from both companies.
I am seeking a written retraction of the false accusation, removal of all unauthorized credit inquiries from my credit report, and full compensation for damages, including emotional distress and financial hardship totaling $241,000.
