On10//2008, I met with a coworker outside the job named, Yanelys Ramirez. Tel. number [protected], I informed her that I was going through difficult times. I was afraid of loosing my house, that at the time I had it for two years. I was one of the people who got into the adjustable interest rate home loan for 2yrs. Country Wide home loan increased my mortgage drastically. The difference between paying a mortgage of $2, 700 per month and drastically change after two years to the amount of $3, 900 and interest rate of almost 7.00%. Yanely Ramirez advised me to get into the investment business with her cousin, and herself that they were making a lot of money working with a company named “GLOBAL FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS, LLC”. Ms. Ramirez introduced me to her cousin Joey Anthony Garcia tel #[protected], who was working for the company for more than ten years “GLOBAL FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS, LLC”. According to both of them, I was going to be able to make money to pay all my utility bills, mortgage and credit cards. They also introduced the company to another coworker named Idalmy Martinez, tel. # [protected]. As per yanelys and Joey A. Garcia “GREAT BUSINESS”. Ms. Martinez was going to join the investment but, she went through personal problems and was unable to invest. Yanelys Ramirez said that all her family was investing a lot of money as well as their friends. They were all making a lot of interest with G.F.S.. As per Yanely she invested $50, 000 and was getting $6, 000 quarterly. If I invested $25, 000, I was going to received $3, 000 quarterly as well. I had my doubts neither the monies, therefore I told them that I do not have the money since all of my savings were going towards my mortgage.
Mr. Garcia said that if I had a good credit score my mortgage was able to be consolidated and my credit cards. From an interest rate of 6.87%, The Company GLOBAL FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS, LLC was going to bring my interest down to 4.00%.
That’s when my nightmare started!
On 10/4/08, Mr. Garcia explained to me that I was able to make partial payments until I collect the $25, 000. I did it as he stated. Therefore, on 11/4/08, I met with him I gave him the money and my mortgage documentations and I signed the contract with the company GLOBAL FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS, LLC. According to Joey A. Garcia the process of the loan modification was going to be ready in one week When I met with him he said that his company said that I have very good credit but the modification never went through. I never received my money because the money was already invested in their investments. However, I was hoping that the investments were as good as they said. In two years I received seven thousand dollars $7, 000. On 6/13/09, Mr. Garcia came to my house in the morning to bring me my first interest check on the amount of $3, 000, from GLOBAL FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS, Llc then he called me that same night stating not to cash it because he did not had authorization to give me that check. My. 2nd Experience He mail me a check from GATEWAY R.E.O. OF NY & NJ, LLC with no fund the check bounce. 3rd check was from another company and did not have any fund. These checks were from different companies and signed by different people as well. Multiple times, I called. Garcia to tell him what was going on and he was giving me multiple excuses and “I am sorry”. I did not know. I will find out what’s going on. I also called GLOBAL FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS, llc at [protected], and spoke to Desire, Nancy, Kimberly in different occasions they told me that will be informing that situation to the owner of the company, but at any time these workers didn’t give me his name neither his direct ext.
I do not know what else to do to get my money back. My Coworker said that he does not call him and no one wants to get any responsibility. Thank you in advance

Joey is a bad guy. "Andres M." IS Joey. I can tell by the horrible use of the english language written. I also know where he is. He is in hiding, and not surprisingly, has assets. I'm going after him. Your justice is on its way Joey.

Andres unlike the first complainer, did provide a full explanation and facts about her situation including phone numbers and contact info. "Andres" avoided providing information about himself. He is clearly defending himself here. Its clear that Joey Garcia and her partner Marline Rivera are the only one responsable of this fraud. They simply ran away with people's money and their whereabouts are unknown for almost two years. Mr. Garcia and his wife belong to a place called "jail". No one knows where Joey A. Garcia and his wife are. They left their everyone hanging and in debts. What comes goes around comes around. They will pay for this. I have a question for "Andres", Where is Joey A. Garcia? if this is a serious business and he was acting in good faith why he left the state and ran away with people's money and dreams? Explain this to me "Andres" M. Can you give us your phone number? This is a serious matter and believe me, justice will be served.

My name is Andres and I just wanted to say here that I disagree with both part of this complaint from both parties, are claiming due to the fact that I had Investested with the same private LLC company as a jont venture investor and upto tothe end of 2008 I had visit their Fort Lee location and now they had move to the southern state office.
Now several months ago I was inform by the company joint venture office that I will need to wait quite sometimes for my joint venture capital refund due to the venture not having the capital available to release the capital owed to me and others client as far as I know here so far whenever an individual deside to make a joint venture investment or any type of investment like I did we did it because they were a private firm and not an investment broker they are a joint venture investment company and if I would of invested with a broker I could of be worst shape than the joint venture by now.
Because in 2008 the market crash everyone lost money no matter what type of invesment and the worst part of it is that if you loose the money you have no right to claim the capital with the broker unless you wait few years you are lucky to see your capital again so hey for me to wait a little while I may turnout better than anyone who invested with other type of investment.
What we should understand is that sometimes the investment may not be as good as we all spected and we all should know that the world of investment could be in the stock market or in Real estate however, even the most popular investment market went down big time in 2008 and 2009 that how life is sometimes you may win some and loose some and that is the reason what we should understand why we must take things how it come day by day what is important here most is one thing if the company try hard enough to workout a plan and paid us who requested the capital than we should be ok.
What we should all be doing together is working together in the company favor they are the company who have our money and we should work as smooth as possible in their favor so they can workout a plan for us to recover the joint venture capital.
Hello people please use your brain and be a little smarter than this it is to our advantage to me and you both to out smart the system than trying to be on the other side of the fence hey if you can't beat them join them that the name of the game wake up people I want my money but we should be smarter than this putting up negative remarks about them not going to help you or me to resolve the issue faster than they can offer you or to me this is my personal opinion in regards your complaint it is to our interest to keep this company alive until we get our money after that you can do whatever you want inregards I open my joint venture account back early 2008 as well so I'm trying to give you advise on the most inteligent way on reconvering your money and my money.
I think this is not the smarter way to do things trust me is not I have experience myself in this type of investment that why I say this to you and to eveyone who decide to put up negative complaint about this joint venture investment company if things went bad and now they trying hard enough to recover the capital to please everyone who want out of the venture investment the best solution to the best of my knowledge is to work with the issue and not against the problem you cause more problem doing this than what you can gain out of this joint venture.
I also read that you adding the representative who presented this venture investment to you to the best of my knowledge this does not resolve the issue either by adding his complaint the person who you paid was the firm not the representative he is also my account manager and to me is not fair to add an agent name to this complaint the party responsible is the company who you did the invesment in our behalf not with your account rep. anyway I never had any complaint or issue about the rep.
I think that he did what was in his knowledge about this joint investment so adding false statement about him doesn't sound fair to me either same thing goes to the second comment made someone name Luchy if your account agent doesn't answer your phone maybe is because you had made things impossible to communicate the understanding of the issue here cause I have spoke with him once a month sometime every 45 days and he can update on things as far he may know the status about the venture however, I just learn this week that he requested to resign from the firm due to this on going stressful and unpatiences people that doesn't understand the word (you must wait for your capital). however, I was told that he will be intouch with the firm in regards all his account until everyone get paid in full the capital.
He offer this to me exactly how it was offer to both of you and the way it was suppose to work however, I did it because I like the idea and I had experience in this type of venture in the past so be honest to yourself any agent that work for a firm didn't put bullet in your head for you to do this or anyone who made a choice to do this is because you wanted to make extra money just like I was specting myself and now things didn't workout and we were told how much we could make or can happen per the contract executed now we want to blame the agent I disagree on this too but I' m neutral on this as well it is your business to do what you both think what is the best way to handle this issue but whatever both feel like doing to me that is ignorant excuse my french.
We should all agree the fact here is your money and my money on the line of fire here is time allow them like they already told me that the firm is reorganizing the account receivable holdings and they are planning to do just that in the first quarter of 2011 however, if they can't promise the capital refund at this time all your despress looser should chillout is my money involve at risk for your stupidy we may get nothing use your brain here if they don't have the capital to support the refund right now we should allow them plenty of time for them to recover the funds.
We should allow the time and once is recover or if they never recover the capital they should come up with a plan to repay all us even that we have a guarantee agreement in hand executed by them we have to understand the issue of this long term hold up inorder for us to receive our capital.
I want both of the party here who may this bogus complaint here on this board that I may had invested way more than both of you together and my money is as much important to me as well I believe we should work in form of a team as positive side of the story not work in a negative way use your mathematic here $$$ that will not get us anywhere close to recover us anything trust me I have been there done that I had invested in the past similar investment Joint venture deals and when the investment fail even that my contract was as good as gold I lost everything the company didn't have anything to pay the investor after for me to recover my capital and not even with legal claim or thru court if the joint venture fail we all loose simple as that I know the drill.
My opinion to all your people here that by you guys trying to make other people feel guilty to what is happenining to your stressful dificult time while waiting for your funds to recover your investment joint venture stop feeling sorry to yourself for making this investment I did too my money is as good as both of yours together however, nothing in life is written on stone even if the deal is guarantee and written and executed on a legal document jut for both of you be aware they have instructed to me that in order for them refund my joint venture capital I will need to wait a little while.
My investment with them was executed in the same manner that both of you and all people may had invested in this joint venture so what both of you people may be complaining I deside to post this email here because I personally understand how investment sometime goes through up and down trend and I believe that if all of us join together in a positive way and stop been ignorant and have better understanding and have more patience to work things out no matter how long both of you had been waiting what matter here is that so far they have not decline to refund my money and as well yours to the best of my knowledge.
My final message here to you and to all your ignorant people that doesn't understand the damage to your recovery of your capital this can do to you future hope on recovery the funds invested to please wake up and go with the flow and allow them to recover the capital is my money on the line is not only yours stop worrying about your future without the capital you had invested life is too short and we all die this is not the end of the world you should know the word and the meaning of what investment is all about nothing is that easy some are better than other but you guys must understand this loud and clear I had spend my evening writting this email to both of you just because is to the best of our interest to work this out without any unnecessary scandal that may make things worst as you people may know the joint venture firm had discuss with me few several months ago that they will no longer offer this guarantee joint venture business as far I was told back in February, 2010.
My last discussion with them was that the venture had sustantantial capital loss and they had written to me that they are now concidering on working on a partial payment and they want to schedule to start to resolve the issue shortly after they have a concrete plan that will sastify eveyone that requested to withdrawal the joint venture I want to all of you people know that I'm not in the company side on this postiive feed back all I am doing is wrtting here what could be better for all of us I'm just trying to get my money as the plan come along but if you people screw this up we may not get nothing in exchange.
Please we better off hold our horses than trying to be smarter than the reality teaming up with ignorant people that to me doesn't work sorry to say this but I'm on your side too but not this way I think that both of you people shoud address this complaint and know how this will affect others that are waiting patiently to get their capital back in one lump sump or in partial payment.
I just know one thing to me all matter is that whatever it takes I just want to get my capital back and the only way all of us will receive our funds back is if we allow them to recover I have been waiting for my funds since January 2010 and I still have the patience to wait for them to recover I want to say something here to both of this people that made this complaint if in the event you team up with other ignorant person that doesn't know what will happen to all our money if all of you team up to make things worst for the company instead of allow them the opportunity to recover my money or let say our money.
We could be cash king again so as you people may know this is a private limited liability company and our investment was made to them to invest inform of a joint venture if the complaint here may weighted out negative more than positive from diferent sources we all will end up been a looser if the company close their doors for good under the chapter 11 business bankcruptcy law.
Tell me what would you or all the ignorant people out there and myself would get after? Nothing read my lips Zero 00.000 dont you think that we may have at least hope to recover the funds of the joint venture to me is the most stupid desicion to take right now cause if they don't have the funds that doesn't mean that they are saying to you or to anyone that they are not paying anybody however soon or later they promise to paid me and all of you please STOP righ here and think for a moment if they intention was not to paid me or to pay you by now you would of receive a letter in regards lontime ago.
Now if they find no choice to discharge this joint venture in chapter 11 business bankruptcy law I think that these negative complaint should be remove and address propertly what you people are doing is making business imposible for the firm that have your joint venture capital and to recover your funds I disagree 100% both of this complaint this are to me a unnecessary you may be like millions of people out there rich and poor they take things in to a level of financial distress and the matter should be handle with a better view of what they are saying here or to us the people who have their money on the online and for a few people like you guys can harm or dent the inteligent way to do things to recover the capital invested.

I BET WHOEVER INVESTED WITH THEM A 200 YEARS COMPANY NEVER THOUGHT THAT IN 2008 THE BUSINESS WAS OVER WITH THEM DO THE CLIENT WHO INVESTED HAD ANY CHOICE TO RECOVER THEIR CAPITAL NO? WHAT ABOUT DID EVERYONE STARTED CALLING THE REPRESENTANTIVE TO GET THEIR MONEY BACK IN ONE PIECE NO?
