Global Client Solutions failure to respond

I signed up for credit card help and they promised that if I signed up they would settle my debt for half or less. All they have done so far is take fees from the money I sent them. They have failed to keep up there end of the bargain. They have not contacted any of my creditors to negotiate any plan or to say that I am part of a debt settlement program. I...
