Purshased lipo batteries and charger for 9v palo brand for $18.63 from global battery factory store. On 21st june 2021. Ord no: [protected] it seemed to take long time to come so various messages to chase it. They finally messaged [ 30th aug] it was at post office (correos) to collect and slip put into our box. However correos wanted a payment. That means the seller did not put the aliex ioss code on the package. This was explained to gbs and that we refused delivery. That means it would be returned for which we (obviously) have no data. Gbs repeated collecting from post but seemed to ignore our message about ioss so we asked for a resend.
Dispute is now out of time. Have sent messages but no response and I think have blocked me as new messages will not send the tracking no rv572774865cn cannot trace anything now,
Their current item shows vat included so that implies they are using the ioss number and their administration is (was) lacking.
Desired outcome: refund or resend (with correct customs code)
