Everything in time requires blood, sweat, and tears. As a professional student at the end of the program. I was simply disregarded meaning I was there to complete the last step. The Instructor failed to contact me. She failed to complete the program and she failed to return any or all left voice messages. I will accept services from or receive services from such businesses. As a professional student, my human rights were also violated. The policies of these types of programs are causing failure in the growth and educational system. There is no excuse for anyone to have a professional title and cheat people. Cheating from growth, cheating from excelling, and cheating their sustainability. There is no excuse when the intentions came in good faith, with no wrong intents and with ethical understanding and commitment to complete. This is the very same reason today I see high numbers of suicide rates. A professional counselor does not represent a professional position of any title making a person feel inadequate by all means. Any such program that makes even one person feels this way in the counseling industry is not and shall not be a true professional. I don't care who gave you your license. It is complete vial and professionally unethical.
I work for Shelley and can assure you that we have quite a few successfully certified psychotherapists and coaches who have gone through our programs. While it is uncommon, we do occasionally run into someone who pays but does not successfully complete the program - and is unhappy with the no-refund policy. This is one of those cases.
