Glasgow Electric Panel Board, 100 Mallory Drive, Glasgow, KY 42141 review: Overcharged for service and 2nd meter is categorized incorrectly. Called to get clarification and bill was raised.

I have a large single residence home in Glasgow, KY. It is an older home that has two electric services. One 200 amp and one 100 amp service. One family lives in the home and nothing is rented out. I get charged a 26 dollar fee for both meters on the same home. I called EPB and asked why am I paying to fee for both meters at the same home. EPB told me that is because you have a commercial meter. I said I don't rent or use any part of the home for a business. The EPB person then told me I was actually undercharged and I should be paying $42 per month for the commercial meter. I told her again I don't have a business in the house. The next bill I received I had an increased bill. Per the definition of a commercial meter I don't meet that intent. I feel I am being targeted with the cost increase because I called and asked a question. Also, I have called and asked how come the secondary power lines that feed my house and the house behind me aren't trimmed back and I get the run around.
