3 Vanilla Visa gift cards purchased at CVS 241 West 57th St. NYC, N.Y. $500. each. $1,520.66. Came back to CVS the cards not activated. CVS receipt indicates Activated. Called Vanilla Visa told Company Policy 2 cards compromised have to wait 2 weeks to file a dispute. 1 card replacement mailed 10 working days. I paid cash. I I want my money back. Purchased Aug. 9th 2023 10.58 am.

I have 2 Visa Vanilla Gift Cards. Both have missing numbers on the front of the cards. They do not work ! Can't get a refund . Sent pics etc.. as they requested. The employees that handle the phone calls are not in the US. And the wait time on the phone was over 30 minutes . DO NOT PURCHASE THESE ! I lost 500 dollars They were purchased at CVS Pharmacy's
