I purchased a 2012 F150 from GF Auto Mart dealer on November 13, 2024. I was approved with United Auto Credit after i provided all my bank statements required. I gave $2060.00 for the down payment and executed all documents provided to me by the seller. The dealer advised me to tell United Auto Credit during the introduction call that I put $4k as the down payment, which was not true. I questioned the reason but was just told I was approved and not to ask any more questions.

Approximately, 3 days later United Auto (finance co.) requested to verify additional information, wanted my bank to be link to app, and answer a few questions regarding deposits on statements, etc... Per the request of United, this too was done. I was now officially verified on November 19, 2024, prior to this date verification with UACC agent was also done on November 13th and 17th. During this process, I was in touch with the dealer, GF Auto Mart, LLC at all times informing them every call, email, message and/or document provided to them because they would not stop stressing that they had yet to be paid for the sale.

That same day at 5:12PM I also made sure Yaramis, financial dept and owners' wife, was aware of my verification and asked her if she too wanted the documents that I provided United. Yaramis never responded to my text or numerous phone calls made to her.

Confirming with United, first payment date and amount, the loan was accepted and i was now the owner of the F150. My debt was now to United and the dealership now has no authority, as United Auto Credit is the Lien Holder. The truck was registered to my name, this too was confirmed by Miami-Dade Police, Bartow Police and Tampa Police.

On Wednesday, November 20,2024 at approximately 10PM after leaving work in Miami, my truck was missing. GF Auto Mart took it upon themselves to reposes my vehicle for NO reason or legal authority and without permission whatsoever. This dealership followed me 4 hours to Miami, my place of work, and took my truck with all my personal belongings (license, debit/credit card, cash, tools, etc)

Calling the MD Police they advised that GF Auto took possession of my truck, and I would have to contact them. i got ahold of Matthew ("owner") and he told me I had to pay $450. to get my things out of the car. He falsely accused me of providing false bank statements, which advised and showed repeatedly it was not. GF Auto Mart repossessed MY truck illegally, that no longer belong to them only to keep my deposit of $2060.00 and the truck. Additionally they illegally charged my credit card $682.37 on November 23, 2024 without permission, my credit card was in the truck that was in their possession as of the 20th.

United confirmed that the dealership called them to cancel loan contract on November 22 and United approved cancellation on 23rd. This was 3 days after the truck was already STOLEN from me and in possession of the dealer.

This dealership has repeatedly done fraud by giving false information to bank institutions, keeping my deposit of $2060 along with the truck I purchased from them and numerous criminal acts. I am requesting to file charges for the fraud done to my person, damages, the debt on my credit, and loss of income.

Claimed loss: $2060 down payment, loss of income/ project of $10k, transportation costs of $250.

Desired outcome: return of down payment or truck; reimbursement of loss of income and transportation costs.
