Get Coastal was pretty impressive. Jared was real professional and explained everything about the cost, materials, and work procedures real clear. The crew was on time and they knew what they were doing. They were real polite too. They worked real hard and got the new roof done real quick.

Coastal is like, way better than other roofin' companies I've used. The peeps are always on time for meetin's, answer all my questions without any ums or ahs, and actually call me back. The roofin' crew was super tidy and punctual too. I'm like, really happy with Coastal Exteriors and would totally tell my friends to use 'em. They're a top-notch company, for sure.

I called up Get Coastal Exteriors, Inc. for a quote and Tony came over to check things out. They were real professional about it all. They got the job done in a timeframe that worked for me. The crew was real nice and clean. They were real pros and I couldn't ask for a better group of people to work with. With guys like this, I'd definitely recommend Get Coastal.

I gave GET Coastal Exteriors Inc. a 5 star rating. Jared the salesman and Sally H. the production manager were both professional and nice. They answered all my questions. They brought on a crew, which I think had more workers because of the weather. They finished the roof really fast. They cleaned up all the old shingles and stuff. Sally H. did an inspection of the roof the next day. They did a really professional job. I really recommend them.

Get Coastal did my roof, fascia, and trim in June . They said I'd be happy, but I had questions and they just said "you'll be happy." But I'm not. The worst part is that a piece of trim fell off after two months. They fixed it, but I was worried it would happen again in bad weather. And it did - in June , another piece fell off and was ruined. Get Coastal came to look at it, but didn't fix it. They won't even answer my calls.

Get Coastal Exteriors Roofing did an okay job with my shingle replacement roof. But, they told me I might need a few more plywood pieces for $85 each before signing the contract. Then, their rep came to my door with a change order for $995, which was a shock. The worst part was they replaced five skylights, but the interior side looks terrible and unfinished. They said it's not their problem and won't fix it. They should have told me about this before signing the contract. Check Yelp reviews before choosing a roofer for your home.

We got our roof done a few months ago by Get Coastal Exteriors, Inc. The spouting had dents all around the house when they finished the roof. They did send someone to fix it, but it still looks bad. They tried to cover up the bad spots with paint. Another problem was nails that went down our exhaust fan over the stove. They came out again and hammered around, but we had to take out the microwave and buy a new one because the nails went into the fan. The company said they would pay for half of it, which was only $248.00. They called weeks ago saying the check was in the mail and we would have it in 2 days. We have called numerous times since then, but they are avoiding sending it out. We will know if it leaks once we have a few days of good rain. The cost was $16,000 for the roof, and we think they should take care of their issues correctly. We have been waiting patiently for months!

This company was the worst I ever worked with. They were nice at first, but after we signed the agreement for two homes, they broke promises. We agreed on a start date, but they didn't show up and didn't notify us. I had to chase them down. They blamed the rain for not working, but it was sunny for six days before they showed up. The sales guy promised things, but was a no show. When I complained, they had someone with a bad attitude call me. I couldn't wait to pay them and get rid of them. Now I need someone to inspect their work. It was a painful experience!

Get Coastal Exteriors did a roof fix for my Grandma back in 2016. We asked for the warranty, but they couldn't find it 'cause they went digital in 2017. They said we'd only get a 1-year warranty for a repair, not a 10-year warranty for a new roof, but both warranties were no good 'cause of Hurricane Irma. Then they got all shady. We asked for a sample of the warranties, but they sent an email with no attachments. We called back and they said they had to check the warranties first. We asked to talk to the boss and he sent a one-page warranty that he just made. We think they're hiding the warranty 'cause it's still good.

They replaced my tile roof back in 11 for $37K, but it started leaking in 10. They said they fixed it, but it's leaking again in 11 and now there's big damage inside. The company replaced the roof at *** XXXXX and I got the warranty transferred when I bought the house. I told them about the leak, but they're not being straight with me about when they'll fix it and won't pay for the repairs.

Roofing not good. Company not good. They not do all work after hurricane Eta One. Two leaks in bedroom and garage. They want more money now. Roof slanted and leaking. They no fix unless we sign new contract with more money. We have old contract and they need to follow it. No new contract with more money.

I hired Get Coastal Exteriors to fix my roof on March 21st. They charged me $12,749 for a GAF Shingle Roof Install and a Modified Birumen Flat Roof Install. But during the installation, they stored roofing materials on the flat roof, which caused damage and it had to be taken down. Another company inspected the damage and said that the flat roof should have had some support. I tried to contact Get Coastal Exteriors through a letter and emails, but they haven't responded. I'm upset because I paid for a flat roof install that destroyed my flat roof. They did use beams to prop it up before they left, but now I have to rebuild my lanai, which I didn't plan for.

We got our flat roof and patio roof replaced by Get Coastal Exteriors, Inc. They started the work 3 weeks late, but we still financed it on 7/13/2022. Unfortunately, the work they did left water leaking into our home in multiple places, causing damage to 2 rooms. They came out 5 times in 5 weeks to patch the roof, but we still see new and old water spots. They even sent someone unqualified to do the interior repairs, and we found black mold growing under the wood paneling. We stopped him and contacted a mold remediation company. We complained to the project manager, the repairman, and the finance company. The owner's wife contacted us on 8/17/2022, and we sent her videos and photos of the work, but we haven't heard back. We contacted the repairman again on 8/22/2022, but he hasn't responded. We're left with no choice but to find other options for help. Let me know if you have any questions or need more photos.
