My oven stopped working (3rd time the front panel has broken but 1st time for 2 other parts). The dispatch, technician, and customer service rep have no crossover and are all incompetent. It has taken almost 3 months to get the correct people out here and they still need to come back again (not their fault) but the tech somehow messed up and scheduled a refrigerator repair! Thankfully I caught it and have changed it but i'm pretty sure he also didn't mention it requires 2 technicians for the job. So yet again, need to call ge to change it and i'll then call again to confirm the changes, and then call again the day before to confirm it is happening as they have randomly canceled my service due to a mistake on their end 2 times! Utter incompetence across the board.
