Ordered in good faith on 15/03/25 to which upto date I have not received Order number [protected] They have not updaed shipping details or courier they use . Sent Emails which are not answered and very conveniently they do not have a phone contact number.I have asked for a full refund as Gardening Express have my money and goods so this now amounts to fraud

I have placed 2 orders with them. Each was accepted and billed immediately.
1 month later the first shipment was partially delivered, with a refund for the missing plants.
NB There was no warning until delivery that the order was short. Postage remains the same
The 2nd order was partially delivered 1 month after order. No prior warning that the order was not complete.
No refund so far. No reply to 2 enquiries
I do not know how they can operate legally without a published phone number,
