I have a bunch of complaints.

1. I was mistreated and misinformed.

2. They had me pay for parts and services that werent provided or replaced two times. Second time under warranty maintenance in the same week. (Didnt do mandatory psi check or tires rotation)

3. I missed four days of work due to false information given to me about pick up dates. I was told the following day, that I could pick it up. And wasn't about to for about a week.

4. I was told a shuttle would take me home by someone. I asked 15 minutes later about the shuttle and was told I live to far away. They wouldn't provide me with a rental either.

5. I had to call them three times before I was told they need more time with my car and that i could pick up a rental.

6. Ive been trying to contact their general manager. Ive sent multiple emails. I got one with an introduction and if I have any issues I can contact them. I didnt get a response after that.

Claimed loss: I missed a week of work. 1000$Payments for maintenance that was under the warranty maintenance. About 1200$

Desired outcome: Id like a refund for parts and services unnecessarily paid for. and compensation for the week of work I had to miss and all the misinformation given to me.
