I had had so many issues with this, I called into the service line, started a case ([protected]) number with the company and now whenever I try and call it disconnects me. I am so much more upset now at this point. Long story short, we purchased a camper and there was a warranty claim made for a stabilization jack motor. No problem, we were told back in July the part was in so it took a while to get scheduled because we couldn't drop it off when worked best for us. We were offered same day service, I declined as to not over whelm the service team, so they said it would be a couple days then instead. So a week and a half goes buy and they FINALLY look at the camper and reach out to tell us they received the WRONG MOTOR? How do you finally take a look at the camper a week and a half after it being dropped off then finally realize it is the wrong motor? Now I cannot even get in touch with the complaint line as it hangs up on me! And to top it off the part is now 4-8 weeks out and with fuel prices as high as they are we not have to make two round trips and the dealership is over an hour away from us!
