My Metin2 account was suddenly and unfairly banned without any clear reason or violation of the game terms. I have been playing dedicatedly, and this ban is completely unjustified. I reached out to the official support system, but the team closed my ticket without providing any real proof or a proper human review. I request a senior manager or Team Manager (TM) to review my case independently.
