I purchased order for my Xbox and GameCardsNow.com has never sent it to me. They sent me confirmation and I know that they received my money. They ignore my calls and emails. This website is a scam.
I purchased Microsoft points and 12 months Xbox live-received the points but not the Xbox gold that was a month ago ( on christmas day for my son) They have a system where you open a ticket if you have a problem-I opened 2 but had no response. I've now opened a dispute through paypal which they replied too saying "request a refund"-what do they think I've tried to do several times, i sent two more request-they reply "request a refund" well i requested a refund every differant way i can but still no refund!I will never order from them ever again as they have terrible customer service and ive had to waste a huge amount of time trying to get my money back. Digisub is good but if its your first order with them it does take a while because they verify your details first but after that their instant.
