Yeah, I was playing off of Facebook on the user group name a regal Crown 777 and I loaded $15 and I was given $30 as the first time loading bonus period I was told immediately that minimum cash that was 40 I played for about 20 minutes. I asked to crash out at 50 and they told me. I couldn't get their cash out changed to ninety. Once I played a game because I was forced to keep playing. I want 90 and I asked cash out and then I was told wait a minute. Wait a minute for a good an hour and then I was finally blocked from them and not paid. And when I left a bad review on their site, all they kept doing was giving me a thumbs up. They blocked me. I haven't received payment. I'm very disappointed. I play gameball all the time with other agents. And I've never had this experience. I'd like my money please. Thanks again for your time and attention on this in advance. I hope that you can get this matter. Cleared up and stop having people like this. Represent your game. group name Regal Crown 777. Facebook and cash app name I paid too is

Hey, definitely report this issue to Facebook since you were playing through a group there. They can look into the group’s activities. Also, reach out to your payment provider about reversing the charge if you received no service. Hope this gets resolved soon!
