Gallant Estates review: Rental unit

I am disputing this claim due to: My sister and I have moved into Gallant Estates 10/17/2020 and we have moved out of Gallant Estates 11/30/2021 at 3:00PM and the office closes at 6:00PM. We waited until the Landlord, Maria Sardo, to check the Lot #34 where we lived and she came and did a walk through with us and said she would give us a rating based on our damages, the unfinished work while we lived there, and prior damages. We have waited to hear back from Mrs. Sardo for three months for our deposit back and sent emails to see if everything was okay. Our deposit in total was $850. We heard back from her and we have recieved our deposit for $328.49. We asked her why she gave us the $328.49 back instead of $850 and she said that the damages made was worth $521.51 and so we said okay. We have paid in full everything that we owe and I would like this collection to be deleted from my credit.
