They have applied their coating to my cement walkways and patio three different times and it failed each time because the flake were not properly sealed allowing moisture to seep in. Each time they grind, apply base coat, apply flakes and then the top coat. I have yet to be completely satisfied with the finished product because you can feel the sharpness of the flakes. Some companies will as a standard apply three coats of the clear top coat. Galaxy Concrete Coatings has never applied more than one layer of top coat. Here we go again, them leaving me with a surface that does not have uniformed coverage. The edges in most areas are severely lacking clear coat and appear to be dry. The products and labor is paid for by the manufacturer because of the warranty and yet they used the bare minimum each time and I have had it with these inadequate outcomes.
