G H Recycling/Gary Haas does not pay frieght bills. this man is a liar, thief, and a criminal. TRUCKERS BEWARE! Do not haul for him, he will not pay you. On Feb. 4, 2010 Gary booked my truck to haul a load from Federalsburg, MD to Romeoville, IL for $850 due in 30 days. This man would not return phone calls or e-mails and only when I started filing non-payment complaints did he respond. He threatened to sue me for "defamation of character" (for hundreds of thousands of dollars by the way) when I started informing the general public of his theft of services. G H Recycling/Gary Haas now has complaints filed against him with the Maryland Attorney General, Better Business Bureau, Owner Operator Independent Drivers Association, Internet Truckstop, [redacted], and now Complaintsboard. Don't take my word for it, check it out for yourself. Two other truckers called me stating that he owed them money too. Anyone not being paid by G H Recycling/Gary Haas can call me (Dave) @ [protected].
Gary still contends that David was paid for this load and is seeking double payment. Then why is Gary unable to remove the complaints against him with the OOIDA, Internet Truckstop, Maryland Attorney General etc. He also owes WLD Services of Fairfield, Ia $550. All Modes Transportation of Union Grove, WI $550. and Cygnet Trucking, Palos Hills, IL $850. He is a DEADBEAT. He keps claiming he will see me in court. Why hasn't he sued me if I am lying? Maybe he means he will see me when I take him to court.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

David was paid for this load and is looking for double payment! People do desperate things in desperate times!
Gary, You're not returning phone calls, you're not returning e-mails. You haven't paid your freight bill for a lousy $850. If you have any intention of paying this freight bill, please call me today [protected], otherwise do nothing and then I can start the collection process. Why did you jew me down from 900 to 850 if you had no intention of paying it? Anyway if I don't hear from you today I will start talking to you in laungauge you do understand tomorrow. Dave.
