Futurestay review: Optimizer for rental business

I accidentally opened an account on www.futurestay.com and they managed to block my Airbnb calendar! Now my ability to edit my Airbnb calendar is blocked by this very aggressive program. I don't want to have anything more to do with system because I'm uncomfortable that I can't edit my Airbnb calendar. I can't delete my account, because the instructions that they posted on their website do not give such an opportunity. I don't know how to take back control of my calendar on airbnb. I left a message on the messenger, but no one answered me. It's more like "taking over" my account, I don't know what to do.
