I spend alot on the game to find out my vip (king group) points is not working since feb 2020, I made a complaint about it to customer support many times, with no solution. They keep saying that they are working on the issue to get it fixed while others keep receiving rewards and im not. I have spent a fortune on the game and I need to be treated fairly.. With amount of money we spend on the game we an actual response not a silly automated response.
Also they rigged the game so that you do not get things by chance, which is also against the rules and they have no saying in this matter
Desired outcome: backdate all the reward i missed from february 2020 till date
