I purchased a full size mattress from the above website of 06/06/2020 and received a ziplock bag with five kn95 mask today 08/22/2020.I recieved my tracking information from this email (qa@mail.jstimier.com) I emailed the seller at bnyah.sales@outlook.com (this is the email I was directed to use for customer service) and got no response. When I tried to go to the website, the browser indicates that the site doesn't exist. I feel exploited and angry. Please help.

I also ordered a Canopy Frames for a bed & received as well "face mask" in a box. I kept contacting, contacting & Still trying to contact today, but no response now. They were trying to convince me that they cared by showing [censored] interest, but no Concern. Someone please HELP
