I see that my complaint was on posted. Today, no one have ever contacted me to hear, how, I felt, and how I was treated by an agent, agents. I was very disappointed by his action, because I called to asked for assistance (did not say wheelchair) for disable and he was very very rude, he hung up on me, twice, he did return the call, several times, but, did not say a thing. I called back, spoke to other Travel agents, a female answered, she asked me question, which I asked to speak to a Supervisor, she then said she apologize, for his action, also she said maybe they had a Bad day. I was told to call several numbers: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] (Nancy) (the only person who help to get supervisor),[protected], [protected], 602 [protected], due me trying to get to a supervisor. some name of whom I spoke with, Maliaux, whom booked my ticket (ok), Hallie (help), other name DeWayne, Sage, Charles, Christopher, Jessica, Daniel. Today, 5-2-22, no one has contacted me for a supervisor but, I get a survey, the agents., also during my call, Frontier told me to call Cheap o air, regarding my situation. Neither Frontier or Cheap o air, has not yet csll me to speak to a supervisor, Angelic, sent me a texted, no supervisor. I am still waiting. [protected]
