I am a widow mother of two sons. My elder son applied for airhostess training from Ooty branch but since he joined the regular colledge
I spoke to the In-charge of Ooty branch they guided me to speak to their superiors at Coimbatore.
I personally met Incharge at coimbatore ms Roshani
She guided me to Deposit an application along with all the recipts of
Colledge fees which I paid. She assured me that the amount will br refunded to you within six months
After six months also she kept telling me tht you will get soon May be in 15 days or one month but now more than one year and now she is not ready to attend my calls also
Now she conveyed through her subbordinates thay no refund will be given so nothing can be done
May I request you to guide me what should I do she is not ready to give me the contact numbers of her superiors I doubt that moneyof my son must be releasd by the company but she is holding it for self
I being single parent is facing financial problem as its an amout of
almost 25, 000/-
Please help

    i lost 15000, i should get my money refund as i haven't attend even a single class
