Fox Service Company review: To get a call and discuss what options are available.

They installed 2 hvac units 6/2017. Since install, The master bedroom is the hottest room in the house. During the hot months, many times we sleep upstairs. They have been out 2 times to try and correct, without success. Prior to the 2 new units, for 20 years, the previous units we did not have this issue. Since 8-11-23, I have left 4 messages with staff to have a supervisor call me. I’m still waiting. Today, I filed a complaint with the bbb.
