Foster Farms

I work in evis at the farmerville plant. I have been working there going on 17 months and the treatment from supervisor as well as others are very disrespectful and unfair.. Product is not being ran right as well as employees are being treated differently than other people. I have complained about this before and nothing has been done about it. The next option is the bbb. Because this [censored] is out of hand.

I work in evis in the farmerville plant on days. It is ran very unprofessional. About a week or two ago some employees where told to go work on the cold side and was promised premium pay by their supervisor and when they got they check it wasn't on there. also the cold is so unorganized first off they have way to many people in blue supervisor jackets that doesn't do stand they wonder why they are always behind. You have people drinking on the job and falling down daily which could result in a lawsuit if they fall and hit they head and all the supervisor does is tell them to go to the break room or they vehicle and sleep it off all the while still on the clock burning payroll. the plant I'd losing money in many ways and they wonder why some of they products have a C grade.. no one wants to buy products with a C grade and the sorter's all they do is run from stand to stand not watching any birds on their stand. supervision is letting people go home just cause they been there a long time and they have SO CALL pull🤷🤷🤷.

I'm an employee at Foster Farms which is located in Farmerville, La. Recently a work release employee shouted profanities at me while on the production floor. The employee was taken from the job and had not returned until today. The proper paperwork wasn't given to Human Resources and a supervisor that is not over my department decided to allow the employee to return even though termination should've been considered. This is a process that affects current employees because they will feel under appreciated at their job. I hope this is taken into consideration along with other actions such as : supervisors altering employee time sheets and belittling line leaders in front of employees along with showing favoritism to certain ethnicities.
