Fortegra Insurance review: Warranty service to repair a sofa

As everyone of those reviewer said its true... this company is a scam. I called to file a claim after 2 years about my sectional sofa that I bought in Rooms to go. I told the representative that the sofa is sinking and need to be fixed and I have few juice stains to clean. She asked me when that happened and I answered few months ago. So she denied the claim because she said I needed to file a claim in 30 days since I noticed the damage. How can I notice sinking couch immediately? Also they said the stains are many as I claimed and very hard to be removed because its been more than 30 days! It takes a while to see the damage. And this is the point they won't cover it. Another scam company in America. This company has 1 Star reviews which all of them complain the same issue with the service. This insurance company need to compensate us!
