Ordered f-150 truck order code C955 and last 8 Vin nfb25577 on Dec 3, 2021 because there was a 0 0% 5yr promotional rate offered at the time. Was assured by ford that I would be locked in to that promo rate as it was offered on date I ordered the truck. I was told by dealer the truck would be delivered by Feb or March 2022. I waited for OVER A YEAR for the truck to be delivered! Now ford and ford motor credit are renewing on the offer!

Desired outcome: Get certificate for 0.0% 5yr loan from ford and ford motor credit to give to dealer
