I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by Foodpanda. I have been registered as a restaurant partner from the beginning and have continuously faced unresolved issues that are affecting my business operations.
Despite multiple calls to your helpline, I have been repeatedly told that “our team will contact you,” but I have never been contacted. This delay and negligence are highly unprofessional. My account manager is also completely unresponsive, ignoring my queries for days on end, and providing no support whatsoever.
Moreover, I am shocked to find out that I have been charged for a premium package costing Rs. 11,300 per month, supposedly to boost my business visibility. However, the average number of orders I receive is just 2.3 orders per day, and on many days, I receive no orders at all. This is completely unacceptable and does not justify the cost of the premium package.
I request that you look into this matter on an urgent basis and provide a clear explanation regarding the poor performance and lack of technical/account support. Please either resolve the issues immediately or advise on a refund or cancellation process for the services not rendered.
